Christopher Ilitch (the son of founders Michael and Marian) continues to serve as CEO of the parent company Ilitch Holdings. Scrivano served as Senior Vice President before being appointed Chief Executive Officer.
Since January 2005, Little Caesars’ CEO is David Scrivano, who joined the company in 1998 after working as an executive for Domino’s Pizza. In the United States, Little Caesars’ menu features a variety of classic and deep-dish pizzas, as well as the company’s trademark sides, which include chicken wings, Italian cheese bread, and breadsticks. During the following decade, the pizza chain regained popularity and became the world’s fastest-growing company of its kind.
Sales figures and popularity levels were on the rise for more than 30 years, until Little Caesars faced a decline in sales volume that led to the closure of hundreds of stores in 1999. By the early 1980s, the company had grown considerably and had more than 300 franchises all over the US and Canada.
